Danyell R. Usher, 27, was born July 26, 1989 to Rick and Cindy Bryan Usher in Portland, Ore. Dani lived the first five years of her life in White Salmon, Wash. The family then moved to Kooskia, where Dani grew up. Dani had a love for animals and especially horses. She competed in rodeos and rode for the love of it.
Dani moved to Arizona with her parents, where she met and married one of her best friends, Ryan Dicalmillo. They had two boys, Haiden, 9, and Caleb, 8.
They divorced but remained best friends.
Dani then met Colt Simmons. They had a son, Tate, who is now 4. Dani was loved by so many, and helped anyone she could. She had a kind heart and soul, taken too soon. Dani was killed July 6, 2017 in an auto accident in Hurricane, Utah.
She leaves behind her sons, two sisters, Terrie Erwin and Krissy Patton, two brothers, Kenny Coates and Billy Usher. She had 21 nieces and nephews, and both her parents.
A service will be held Saturday, Sept. 23 at 1 p.m. at Kooskia City Park, weather permitting. It will be moved to the Silver Dollar in Stites if it rains. We plan to meet for food at the Silver Dollar after the park.
